At HealthONE FCU, our goal is to make the credit union easy for members to use, in person, and electronically.

Prepaid VISA®

The VISA Reloadable Prepaid Card is a VISA card you load with your own money to make purchases everywhere VISA debit cards are accepted. You don't even need a checking account. It's safer than carrying cash and can help you manage your finances. Enjoy protection against lost or stolen cards and unauthorized purchases with VISA's Zero Liability policy. You can track your spending online, and reload the card online, by phone, or in person at the Credit Union for fast service. Purchase price is $7.50, with a fee of $2.00 each time it is reloaded. VISA Travel Card

• Lost/Stolen Card Reporting - Makes it easy to report a lost or stolen Visa TravelMoney card. Just call 1-800-VISA-911, or from outside the U.S., call collect 0-410-581-9994.
• Reloadable from anywhere - Cards can be reloaded where the cards were purchased, online, or by phone. Use cash, funds from your bank account, credit or debit card to reload your cards.

VISA Gift Card

Everyone enjoys the convenience of a VISA Gift card. It's the ideal choice for birthdays, holidays, weddings, and all your gift-giving occasions. Recipients can buy what they want, when they want—whether shopping online, in person, or by phone. It’s safer than cash and can be replaced if lost or stolen. VISA Gift cards can be used everywhere VISA debit cards are accepted.

Direct Deposit

Think how convenient it would be to have your paycheck deposited each payday directly to your HealthONE FCU checking or savings account. With direct deposit you still receive a paycheck stub listing your earning, deductions and other information; but your money has already been deposited. This service provides convenience, safety, and timely deposit of money, especially helpful if you work shifts or have trouble getting to the Credit Union during normal business hours. You begin earning dividends on your money immediately.

Note: Direct deposit is also available on any recurring government payment, such as, Social Security, military retirement, Veterans Administration compensation or pensions.

The 24-Hour Audio Response System

Enjoy free access to information about your HealthONE FCU accounts. Make transfers and withdrawals. The system is easy—directing you every step of the way. All you need is a touch tone phone, your Member Number and PIN, and our Credit Union Number—30.  866-910-1024

Internet Teller

HealthONE FCU provides a full service Internet Teller, (home banking.) You login to the system with your Member Number and PIN. You can transfer money between accounts, see a cancelled check and print it out, view all your balances in accounts or in loans, and make payments from your checking to your loan account. Conduct business 24/7 from the comfort of anywhere. The Internet Teller resides on a secure server utilizing the latest Internet encryption technology to provide maximum security.

Note: If you do not have a PIN, or have forgotten it, please call the Credit Union to obtain a new or reissued PIN.

Free Bill Payment

HealthONE FCU provides free bill payment. All you need to do is sign up at the Credit Union, login to the system, and begin paying your bills. It's quick and easy and available to you 24/7.
